REVIEW: The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle (Stuart Turton)

Book: The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle
Author: Stuart Turton
My rating: 4.5/5

Premise: At a party thrown by her parents, Evelyn Hardcastle will be killed - again. She's been murdered hundreds of times, and each day, Aiden Bishop is too late to save her. The only way to break this cycle is to identify Evelyn's killer. But every time the day begins, Aiden wakes in the body of a different guest. And someone is desperate to stop him ever escaping Blackheath...

I couldn't put this book down. The mixture of Cluedo and Groundhog Day gave it a fresh twist for what is essentially a crime thriller. The twists and turns kept me hooked, and the author drip fed clues to throw you off - I couldn't guess the ending (which I liked!). A fabulous book and one I thoroughly recommend!
