REVIEW: The Love Hypothesis (Ali Hazelwood)

Book: The Love Hypothesis
Author: Ali Hazelwood

Premise: To convince her best friend that dating is going well, Olive kisses the first man she sees. That man is none other than Adam Carlsen, a young hotshot professor and well-known ass. Suddenly Olive discovers that the only thing more complicated than a hypothesis on love is putting her own heart under the microscope.

I went into this book wanting something warm, funny and easy to read. The plot is predictable from the start and there are so many clichéd moments. But that was exactly what I wanted. I loved the science backdrop (yay women in STEM!). Adam was the perfect, swoon-worthy guy and I was rooting for him and Olive. All in all, the perfect recipe for rom com.
