REVIEW: First-Time Caller (B.K. Borison)

Book: First-Time Caller
Author: B.K Borison

Premise: When a young girl calls in to the radio station asking for dating advice for her mom, the interview goes viral. Everyone now wants mom Lucie to find her happy ending, including host Aiden. But when sparks start to fly behind the scenes, Lucie must make the final call between the radio-sponsored happily ever after or the man in the headphones next to her.

This was a really sweet book. It's all centered around a radio dating show and restoring everyone's belief in romance. Aiden, the host, has fallen out of love and Lucie, the mum, wasn't looking for love but realises she wants it. I liked that there wasn't a miscommunication trope, just a man denying his feelings and a woman happy to call him out on it. The side characters were also great. Lucie's family were good fun - chaotic yet supportive. Looking forward to the next book!
