REVIEW: Witch of the Wolves (Kaylee Archer)

Book: Witch of the Wolves
Author: Kaylee Archer

Premise: Cordelia Levine comes from a long line of powerful witches. But when she's abducted, Cordelia learns she's a lycan - sharing both witch and werewolf traits. Brought to the Pack estate, she quickly learns that her father intends to give her as a mate to Bishop, his second in command. Cordelia refuses to accept this as her fate. With cracks forming within the Pack, something is bound to break.

This book is actually by Kelley Armstrong and is the first of a Women of the Otherworld spin off series. I adored this series and I loved jumping back into the world, albeit a Victorian setting. Cordelia is a feisty yet naive protagonist who we follow from London society to the Pack house. There's a romance subplot between her and Bishop which I adored. Add in politics and a big, dramatic ending, I loved this book. I'd recommend reading some of the main series first to get a feel for the world before jumping into this spin-off. But I'm so excited for the next installment!
